Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Peter Farnes as a partner in its UK healthcare team

Craig Currie has been promoted to the role of chief executive of construction firm Castleoak from managing director of construction.
He replaces Mel Knight (pictured, left) who has taken on the role of executive chairman of Castleoak.
Douglas Quinn has stepped down as non-executive chairman after four years to pursue other opportunities in the care sector.
Meanwhile, Dafydd John (pictured, centre) has been promoted from group finance director to chief finance officer.
Currie (pictured, right) said: “Castleoak is in a strong position. We have an experienced leadership team and a clear vision for the future. This will extend and enhance our fully integrated development, design and construction service.”
Quinn added: “It has been a real pleasure to work with Castleoak over the last four years and help them to develop the new strategic plan and put the new leadership team in place. I know they have some innovative new products and services to launch during the next year and I am sure they will be welcomed by customers. I wish Mel and colleagues every success in the future.”
