Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Peter Farnes as a partner in its UK healthcare team

Real estate advisor CBRE has appointed Mark Fairlie (pictured) as senior surveyor in its healthcare valuations team. Fairlie is a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer with more than nine years’ experience in the UK property market, and three years specialising in alternative sectors. He has experience in valuation, consultancy and transactional work across the healthcare sector, including elderly care homes, specialist care homes, retirement living, and education
Surveyor Rob Hutchins has also joined the healthcare valuations team from Kempton Carr Croft. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor he moved into the loan security department where he specialised in commercial, residential and development valuations.
Senior surveyor Stephanie Nicholas joins the healthcare capital markets team from Aitchison Raffety’s healthcare team, where she was involved in transactional and professional work, with a focus on the primary healthcare market.
Millie Todd joins the team as analyst, having previously worked as a data analyst in CBRE’s London office leasing team. In her new role, Todd will work to develop the team’s strategic consultancy abilities, while managing the firm’s Pulse software, an interactive location analysis tool for investors, developers, lenders and operators.
CBRE Healthcare executive director Tom Morgan said: “In line with client demand, we have appointed a series of professionals who will serve to bolster our firmly established team as we continue to grow our business and pick up new mandates.”
