London-based health insurance company Cigna Europe has appointed Andy Seale to lead Cigna’s individual and corporate SME sales team and Simon Parker to lead the large corporate sales team for UK domestic and Cigna’s international business in the EU. Both will join the firm’s sales leadership team.

Seale has knowledge and experience having previously held roles that includes establishing and running Bupa Global sales office in Dubai, and leading the global sales team at Allianz, in a career spanning more than 27 years.

Joining Cigna Europe from April, Parker has more than 20 years’ sales and broker experience in the medical insurance industry. Beginning his career at Cigna International in 2003, Parker went on to become UK sales director in 2017 where he led the UK domestic and international sales team. Most recently, he was head of sales and broker engagement at Bupa Global.
