Mark Harrison has left domiciliary care provider City & County Healthcare where he held the post of group finance director.

Nick Goodban, who was group finance controller at City & County, has replaced Harrison in the role.  

A spokesperson for City & County said: "City & County Healthcare can confirm that Mark Harrison has left the company. Nick Goodban, an FCA with 13 years post-qualified experience, was group financial controller from 2011 to 2014 and played a major role in the successful MBO in late 2013, has replaced Mark Harrison as group finance director. We are very grateful to Mark for his achievements during his time with the company and we wish Nick every success in his new role."

Graphite Capital backed the management buyout of City & County Healthcare from Sovereign Capital in December 2013.

City & County is one of the five largest domiciliary care providers in the UK.
