David He has been appointed as chief strategy and data officer at CloudTag, which provides software and hardware that enables users to monitor their health and wellbeing.

Previously, He has worked in consulting and investment banking and was most recently at Kurt Salmon.

He holds an MSc in mathematical trading and finance from CASS Business School and a BSc in mathematics and finance from London City University.
