Jeremy Tasker (pictured), the head of real estate and investment management company Colliers International’s healthcare team, has retired after 21 years with the company.
Though leaving at the end of June, Tasker will continue to work with Colliers as a consultant supporting Adam Lenton, Colliers’ head of healthcare and his team in delivering advisory services to the healthcare sector in the UK and overseas.
For 15 years Tasker was head of the healthcare team, advising on major transactions in the UK hospital, nursing home and specialist care sectors. Following the incorporation into Colliers International, he worked with colleagues globally to grow Colliers International healthcare brand.
Tony Horrell, Colliers’ chief executive, UK and Ireland, said: “Jeremy has made an enormous contribution to the achievements of Colliers and played an instrumental role in the development and success of our healthcare business.”
