Simone Marshall has been appointed to Colliers International’s healthcare team as an associate director.

Marshall (pictured) joins from Octopus Healthcare, where she was an asset manager, and her main area of expertise is primary healthcare real estate.

Colliers International head of healthcare Adam Lenton said: “Simone has specialised in the primary care market, working the MedicX Fund portfolio since 2010, handling a variety of projects and transactions that optimised the income and capital values of the MedicX Fund’s core estate. This extensive skills base will make her a valuable asset to our team.”
