Specialist health and care recruitment services provider Compass Recruitment Solutions has hired Dan Kiely to work in its board and leadership practice, providing investors and operators with board C-suite, and C-suite minus-one appointments.

Kiely has more 17 years’ executive search experience of the investor-backed health and life sciences markets, including the independent health and social care sector, covering chair, chief executive, chief operating officer, medical director, chief people officer and commercial appointments.
