Law firm DAC Beachcroft has appointed of Victoria Armstrong and Lisa Geary as health property partners.
Armstrong joins DACB from Sintons, where she was a partner in the firm’s real estate department. A public sector property specialist, she has experience in advising healthcare professionals, NHS bodies, foundation trusts, ambulance trusts, developers, local authorities and educational organisations.
Armstrong’s focus will be on Northeast England, as well as supporting DACB’s wider real estate health strategy to identify and maintain key strategic relationships and increase its independent sector work.
Geary has joined from Capsticks, where she was a partner, head of real estate and location head for the firm’s Leeds office. She has experience of advising NHS trusts, primary care providers and other healthcare bodies in the Yorkshire and wider northern region on all aspects of their property requirements.
Geary is tasked with strengthening DACB’s regional and national health practice and delivering bespoke training programmes to NHS estate managers and board directors. She will also provide specialist legal advice to the firm’s national portfolio of charity real estate clients.
