Recruitment specialists de Poel have expanded with the appointments of Tim Flanagan and James Parker to the group.
The move follows the recent management buyout of de Poel, led by the senior management team with debt finance from Tosca Debt Capital.
Flanagan joins as director of strategy and commercial. He has previously held managing director positions at Serco and Capita.
Parker is taking up the post of director of business development and joins de Poel with experience of recruiting for temporary and permanent placements across varying verticals. He has also worked for a global outsourcing firm providing sales and general management leadership.
