Blood monitoring company Deltex Medical Group has appointed Christopher Jones as non-executive director, effective from 6 May.

Jones spent nine years working at Tyco Healthcare in marketing leadership roles. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing for the monitoring and critical care division at pulse oximetry firm Nellcor.

Deltex chairman Nigel Keen said: “We are delighted that Chris Jones has agreed to join the Deltex board of directors… We expect his knowledge of US healthcare to be especially valuable as we increase our focus on the massive potential market for our innovative products in the US."
