Health data analytics company Dr Foster has hired David Rose to lead its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) division.

The move follows the company's acquisition by Australian telehealth firm Telstra Health earlier this year.

Rose brings nearly 25 years' of senior level experience in the NHS and private sector to the role.

His most recent position was managing director at diagnostics provider InHealthGroup. Previous roles also include chief executive of NHS Warwickshire Primary Care Trust and chief executive of Hereford Hospitals NHS Trust.

The move is effective immediately.
