Eden Futures: Dawn Berry

Eden Futures, a provider of supported living, has appointed Dawn Berry (pictured) as group chief executive, effective 1 July.

Currently chief operating officer, Berry succeeds Andrew Lennox who has chosen to return to the healthcare sector after five years leading the group.
Berry has experience managing residential homes and supported living services and has held senior operational roles within a company providing support for individuals with complex needs.

She has also worked as a support worker, for a local charity and the local authority.

Berry said: “Eden Futures is an amazing company with a unique culture and a set of values that distinguish it from any other social care provider, so I’m delighted and proud to be taking on the group chief executive role as the company continues to grow and deliver truly fantastic outcomes for those we support”.

Stephen Collier, chair of Eden Futures, added: “Whilst we are sad to see Andrew move on, I am really pleased that Dawn has agreed to take on the role of chief executive. This is an exciting time at Eden Futures as we look to continue our year-on-year growth, and Dawn’s experience with Eden Futures will help to maintain that.

“I know that we will all want to actively support Dawn as she takes on this new challenge and she is a real credit to Eden’s ability to develop its own. It’s right that we also recognise Andrew’s contribution over the last five years and thank him for all he has done in getting us to where we are now.”
