Edinburgh Molecular Imaging: John Jeans

John Jeans has joined the board of diagnostics firm Edinburgh Molecular Imaging as non-executive chairman.

Jeans (pictured) chairs the board of biomedical service firm UK Biocentre, and is a non-executive director at engineering and scientific company Reinshaw among other senior positions.

In 2014, Jeans was appointed as the government’s life science champion for medical technology by prime minister David Cameron.

Edinburgh Molecular chief executive Ian Wilson said: “I am delighted to welcome John to the board. With his extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics sector John is an extremely valuable addition to the company.”
