EKF Diagnostics has announced the appointment of Carl Dominic Contadini as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Contadini joins EKF while also holding the position of operational advisor at Harwood Capital. He is also chairman of Waterbury Healthcare Systems, a US-based healthcare group whose business comprises a hospital and the provision of associated services.

Contadini has, in the past, been a director at Bionostics and Celsis Group.
