EKF Diagnostics has announced that non-executive directors Doris-Ann Williams and David Toohey have resigned.

Williams has been chief executive at BIVDA, the UK industry association for medical laboratory and diagnostics companies, for over 14 years.

Toohey is chief executive of healthcare informatics solutions firm Syncrophi Systems, a role he has held for just over three years.

AIM-listed EKF Diagnostics is based in Wales and develops, manufactures and distributes a range of diagnostics products. Its three divisions are: point of care; clinical chemistry; and molecular diagnostics.
