Elysium Healthcare, which offers specialist mental health, neurological, rehabilitation, complex care and education services, has appointed Keith Browner (pictured) as chief financial officer.
Browner has held senior finance roles in a number of private equity-backed companies, including General Healthcare Group, which owns BMI Healthcare, delivery company Yodel, Integral Medical Holdings, a national multi-site GP services consolidator, Southern Dental, and care recruitment agency NursePlus.
Joy Chamberlain, chief executive of Elysium, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Keith to our team. He has a great understanding of our business and the challenges we face. We are all looking forward to working with him as we continue to grow Elysium.”
Backed by UK-based private equity firm BC Partners, Elysium launched in November and now has more than 70 sites.
