Rachel Dryden has been appointed as chief executive of Bournemouth-based Encore Care Homes.
She joins from Silverline Care Caledonia, where she was chief executive. Prior to that she was a director at Bolt Partners and before that a consultant at Grainger. She began her career at Sunrise Senior Living where she was director of asset management.
