Four Seasons Health Care group commercial director Dominic Kay has announced he will be leaving the care home chain.

The decision follows the organisational restructuring of Four Seasons Health Care into three different businesses: dementia and nursing care; private residential and nursing care and specialised mental health and brain injury services. Each division has its own chief executive and senior management team.

Kay will depart from his role at the end of the year.
