Pauline Lawrance has been promoted within Four Seasons Health Care’s care home business to care services and quality director.
In the newly-created role, she will be responsible for raising care quality and the development of dementia and nursing care services within the firm’s care business.
Lawrance (pictured) is a qualified nurse and has worked at Four Seasons’ care home division since 1998 in numerous roles. These include being operations director and most recently regional managing director.
Tim Hammond, chief executive at the firm, said: “Pauline has an outstanding record as a member of our senior management team and I am confident that she will drive further improvements to all of our care services during the course of this year, which is the timescale she has committed to.”
This follows the recent appointment of Alistair How as chief operating officer at the division, who joined from Eden Futures in January this year.
