Law firm Mills & Reeve has appointed Gayle Curry as a partner in its commercial healthtech practice, based in the firm’s Oxford office.
Gobeyond Partners: Tom Houston
Oxford based management consultancy Gobeyond Partners has appointed Tom Houston as client partner for the healthcare sector, responsible for workforce planning, staff wellbeing and retention initiatives, integration and collaborations between organisations and improving patient pathways and experiences.
Houston has more than 20 years of consulting and leadership experience, and since 2010 has exclusively worked for NHS and healthcare organisations in board and senior roles. He worked on improvement across more than 50 NHS organisations, including national and regional leadership of key NHS and Department of Health policy and programmes and supporting the development of seven new integrated care systems (ICSs). He has also delivered workforce and service strategy and planning for more than 30 acute, mental health and social care providers.
