Outgoing chief executive of Swanton Care & Community Alison Rose-Quirie has announced that she will take up the role of chair at two companies, ACA+I and GrandCare Systems.
The news follows the sale of Swanton to private equity firm Apposite Capital in July.
ACA+I is an architecture consultancy specialising in health, social care, education and other public sector services, which has previously worked on projects with Swanton.
GrandCare Systems is an assistive technology business which provides an online platform integrating security, health monitoring and communication, accessible to individuals, their carers and relatives.
Writing on her LinkedIn profile, Rose-Quirie (pictured) said: “I am now able to semi-retire and develop the next chapter of my working life, a portfolio career. I feel privileged to have been asked to chair two very different innovative companies.
She added: “I am on a steep learning curve but am relishing the opportunity to get involved.”
