Graphite Capital, a UK mid-market private equity specialist, has promoted Mark Hall (pictured) to senior partner. Hall has been with Graphite for 11 years, focusing on the healthcare and education sectors. He has worked on numerous transactions including Graphite’s investments in City & County Healthcare, Explore Learning, NRS Healthcare, Education Personnel and Willowbrook.

Liam McGivern has also been promoted to partner. He joined Graphite in 2014 and has worked on a number of transactions in the services sector, including Graphite’s investments in sk:n, which was sold in January this year, nGage, and Random42. He previously worked on European mezzanine investments at Pricoa Capital Group.
