Real estate advisory GVA healthcare has followed its appointments earlier this year of Tom Harrison and Rob Hearle as directors, with the promotion of Charlotte Brierley and Luke O’Dowd in London, and Kate Deakin in Manchester.

Brierley, O’Dowd and Deakin have each been promoted to associate.

Harrison and Hearle became directors in Bristol and London respectively at the beginning of 2018.
