HCA Healthcare UK: Keith Gibbs

Former AXA PPP chief executive Keith Gibbs (pictured) has been appointed to the advisory board of private health group HCA Healthcare UK.

The advisory board was set up to support HCA UK’s agenda around quality care and sector-wide collaboration, and provide strategic insights and guidance to the company’s leadership team. Its members include Professor Sir Bruce Keogh, Professor Sir Robert Lechler, Professor Dame Shirley Pearce, and Beverley Aspinall, under the chairmanship of Ed Smith.

HCA Healthcare UK chief executive John Reay said: “Insured patients, both individual and corporate, have always been HCA UK’s largest patient group, and Keith’s unique insights will be a real asset. He joins an outstanding group of board members who, with their range of expertise, are challenging us to think about the new and different ways we can continue to provide the highest-quality care and experience to our patients.”

Keith retired as the chief executive of AXA PPP last December. He has non-executive director roles at AXA Global Healthcare, AXA Venture Partners SA and Saga Services.
