Workforce management solution HCL Clarity has appointed Amanda Nicholls as associate commercial director.

This is while Darren Bush has been changed his role at the firm to associate director for implementation, support and product development.

Nicholls joined HCL as strategic account manager of its Yorkshire division in February 2012. She came from recruitment firm Renovo, where she was sales director amongst other roles.

In October 2013 she was promoted to head of commercial, managed services at HCL; a role which she held until August this year.

In February this year, Bush co-founded online video networking firm London Startup Scene.
