Holmleigh Care: Peter Kinsey
Holmleigh Care, a supported living, residential, nursing and home care business has appointed Peter Kinsey as executive chair, tasked with implementing a strategic growth plan for the business.
Kinsey has leadership and transformation experience having led large organisations through mergers. He was formerly chief executive of CMG and led the merger with the Regard Partnership to form Achieve together. Prior to that, he was operations director for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust.
During his career, Kinsey has also undertaken a number of consultancy roles.
Founded in 2000, Holmleigh Care provides care to adults with a range of disabilities and complex challenges. Last December, the company acquired specialist care provider Ludlow Street Healthcare.
In 2020 infrastructure investment manager Ancala Partners acquired a majority interest in the business on behalf of its European Infrastructure Fund II.
Executive search agency Carter Schwartz’s managing director Adam Carter advised Ancala Partners on the appointment.
