Los Angeles-based global investment bank Houlihan Lokey has appointed Rainer Hepberger as a managing director in its European healthcare team, based in the firm’s London office.
Hepberger has more than 15 years’ industry experience and previously spent nine years at William Blair, most recently as a managing director in European healthcare investment banking. Between 2018 and 2020, he was a managing director in Raymond James’s healthcare team, based in Munich. During his career, Hepberger has advised on more than 50 M&A transactions across Benelux, Germany. Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Scandinavia, Spain and Israel.
