iBC Healthcare has appointed Jenny Payne as chief executive.

Payne was previously chief operating officer, and is credited as “the driving force behind iBC’s extraordinary growth, sector-leading reputation, and the quality of life and outcomes for the people we support”.

Payne plans to expand the business with new services in regions across the UK. iBC offers specialist support and bespoke accommodation to adults with complex needs.

A spokesperson for the company said: “Our commitment to innovation continues; through investment in therapeutic provision, operational technologies, and platforms that enable real-time decision-making and meaningful outcomes. Jenny’s leadership will see iBC help break cycles of institutionalisation, and create spaces where people are not just supported, but seen, heard, and celebrated.”
