Global healthtech company Alcidion has made three appointments to its UK-based team, with one internal promotion and two external recruits.

Incisive Health has announced its appointment of Richard Douglas as senior counsel.
Douglas was formerly the NHS and Department of Health director general, as well as previously working at HM Customs & Excise, the National Audit Office and as finance director at National Savings.
