InHealth Group has appointed Geoff Searle (pictured) as chief executive, with current chief executive Richard Bradford moving into the role of chairman of InHealth Group Holdings.

Searle has been part of Wycombe-based InHealth’s executive team as managing director, integrated services, since March 2017. He now takes on responsibility for all InHealth operations, combining the former integrated services and specialist services divisions.

Searle previously worked for a number of healthcare organisations, including Integrated Pathology Partnerships, the UK Department of Health and Dr Foster. He brings with him a strong strategic and commercial background, with extensive experience from a wide range of industries including transport, pensions, healthcare and insurance. He is a qualified chartered accountant.
