Retirement property management company Inspired Villages has appointed Ploy Radford (pictured) as communications manager.

In this newly created role, Radford will oversee internal and external communications for the company.

Radford joins Inspired Villages from PR and public affairs agency PLMR. Prior to that, Radford was editor of HealthInvestor UK. She has also written for a number of publications, including The Guardian, The New Statesman and Horse & Hound.
