Iqarus: Dr Rikard Moen

Iqarus, which provides healthcare support services for workforces in remote and dangerous situations, has hired Dr Rikard Moen as chief medical officer.

In this newly created role, Moen will oversee the company’s medical and clinical governance as well as provide strategic and technical operational support to clients.

He has previously worked for companies such as Bupa International, International SOS and Qatar Petroleum. Moen joins Iqarus from Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)  where he was the occupational health manager for Zakum Development Company, a joint venture between ADNOC, ExxonMobil and Japan Oil Development Company.
