Kingsley Healthcare has made four senior appointments in its service quality function.
 
The company has hired four new service quality managers – Paul Blakey, Sandra Hartley, John Kelly and  Eugene Nyamande – who will join existing service quality manager Lukasz Wawrzenczyk and director of service quality Gary Foley in the team.
 
Foley said: “There has never been more focus on the quality of service we provide to people who live in our homes and other stakeholders. 
 
“By adding to our team we will be able to further support our homes to exceed agreed standards of care, aim for ‘outstanding’ CQC ratings and embed innovative practice and improvements such as our gold standard Wings dementia programme."
