Knight Frank has appointed Danielle O’Connor to its healthcare valuations team, following her qualification as a chartered surveyor in November.
O’Connor, who originally joined the firm as a secretary in 2014, was sponsored by the firm’s healthcare team to undertake a master’s in real estate as well as two years of assessment of professional competence (APC) training.
She will now work in Knight Frank’s healthcare valuations team.
Head of healthcare, hotels and leisure Julian Evans commented: “At Knight Frank we believe that ambitious and conscientious people should be able to achieve their career goals with the firm.
“Danielle was a popular and crucial member of the healthcare team and after the experience of working with her we wanted to help her further her career path. She had already gained on the job experience and we were pleased to be able to sponsor her to achieve her goals.”
O’Connor said: “I’d always had the ambition to go further in my career and loved the great team culture and collegiate atmosphere at Knight Frank. I was really pleased that there was the opportunity for me to progress by undertaking a master’s and my APC at the firm.”
