Property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Joseph Hardy as an associate in its healthcare team.
Hardy (pictured) has 15 years’ property experience in the UK and overseas. He qualified as a chartered valuation surveyor at Donaldsons, and has worked at JLL and as a director of CBRE. His work has included valuing specialist retirement and healthcare assets and development projects for major international and domestic clients.
