Global property consultancy Knight Frank has added three senior surveyors – Katarina Szinekova, Chris Barnes and Ty Turner – to its seniors housing team.

Szinekova joins from CBRE, Barnes from Cushman & Wakefield, and Turner joins from Savills.

Szinekova and Barnes will both focus on advisory instructions,providing valuations and consultancy advice that will underpin the team’s agency transactional work.

Turner will work with the wider team on Knight Frank’s capital markets instructions, including acquisitions, land agency and funding transactions.
