Knight Frank has appointed Lauren Cole to its retirement housing team, where she will lead sector-specific research.

The appointment forms part of an overall restructure of the firm’s retirement housing team, which will be headed up by Knight Frank partner Tom Scaife.

Cole, who joins from CBRE will work with Dr Diana Babacic to produce analyses that aims to inform developers and investors on the opportunities and constraints of the asset class.
