Knight Frank: Lisa Attenborough

Property advisor Knight Frank has appointed Lisa Attenborough as head of commercial debt, to lead its newly established debt advisory practice.

Attenborough joins from real estate company CBRE, where she was employed for two years as a director working across the capital advisory and specialist market teams.

Before that she worked at Barclays for more than 10 years in various roles, including structured property finance, debt finance and latterly in the corporate healthcare team.

She will be joined on the team by Chris Kelly, as partner, as well as Guy Norman and Jane Stockdale.

Attenborough said: “We are encountering a challenging and ever-changing debt market and I am looking forward to the challenge of bringing my previous experience to launch and build a new practice at Knight Frank, which is in the perfect position to provide counsel to clients on how to navigate this shift and capitalise on the opportunities that exist in the market.”
