L.E.K. Consulting has appointed Katya Zubareva as a partner in its European healthcare services practice, based in London.

Zubareva’s experience in the healthcare sector spans acute care, primary care, diagnostic imaging, dentistry, fertility clinics, mental health and the care home markets. She has also focused on strategy development and transaction support and uses data and analytics tools to support decision-making.

She has worked for L.E.K. since 2007 and is known for supporting equality and diversity in the workplace, founding and co-chairing the women’s network and parents’ network in the London office.

Zubareva has a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University and a MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
