Strategic consultancy Lansons has appointed Tina Woods as a board director to launch Lansons health, a new healthcare consultancy start-up.

She joins from Ogilvy Healthworld, where she spent over four years as deputy managing director (medical education) and global client leader.

Woods said of her appointment: “I am greatly looking forward to working with the Lansons team to build the health business in a very dynamic sector that is seeing new players enter the space and changing very quickly as a result of technological and consumer pressures.”

Lansons chief executive and co-founder Tony Langham said: “Our focus is on reputation management for significant organisations. We’re finding success in the healthcare sector, and Tina’s recruitment will push us forward faster. She’s an impressive recruit, and this is an exciting day for us.”
