Real estateLNT: Laura Tilley
LNT Care Developments, the care facilities developer, has appointed Laura Tilley to join its growing site-finding team as land director.
In the role, Tilley will focus on locations around the South of England, as the team continues to seek out suitable land for developing new facilities in line with operators’ ambitions for growth.
Nick Broadbent, development director for LNT Care Developments, said: “As we continue to build and strengthen relationships with existing and new care operators it is important that our turn-of- key solutions meet the emerging and specific needs of our partners and the care sector in general.
“We have continued to invest in further resources to add to our development team to enable us to proactively support this rise in demand and fulfil our clients’ requirements in a more targeted fashion.”
He added: “We welcome Laura who will be significant in helping us to extend our development pipeline into new regions.”
The increase in demand for sites has been boosted by the recent announcement by LNT’s sister company, Ideal Carehomes, that the care group will further expand its portfolio through the developer.
In January, Paul Farmer was appointed the new chief executive at Ideal, where he will oversee expansion plans for the elderly care homes operator.
