McDermott Will & Emery, the international law firm, has appointed Sharon Lamb as a partner in its health practice group.
Lamb, who is also a senior associate fellow at the Nuffield Trust, joins from Capsticks where she was head of the healthcare practice. She has experience leading large, complex healthcare projects and contractual arrangements, including procurements, competition clearances, trust mergers, accountable care systems and M&A.
Her experience within UK health policy includes a four-year part-time secondment to the NHS, and she has led infrastructure projects from private finance initiatives (PFI) to local improvement finance trust (LIFT) and public-sector-funded projects.
