Global healthtech company Alcidion has made three appointments to its UK-based team, with one internal promotion and two external recruits.

MD Medical Group has announced the appointment of three new board members.
Vitaly Ustimenko will join as executive director, while Vladimir Mekler and Liubov Malyarevskaya will be non-executive director, member of the nomination committee and independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee respectively.
Meanwhile, Apollon Athanasiades, Elia Nicolaou, Marios Tofaros, Angelos Paphitis and Andreas Petrides resigned as non-executive directors, effective from 18 February 2015.
Dr Mark Kurtser, chairman of the board, said that the new board members would “bring excellent experience and relevant skills, helping us to strengthen the work and efficiency of our board still further”.
MD Medical Group is a Russian provider of women and children’s private healthcare.
