Anand Jain is stepping down as a non-executive director of teleradiology services provider Medica Group, effective 31 December.

Jain joined the Medica Group board in 2013 and has supported the development and execution of the group’s strategy, including the group’s transition to a publicly listed company. He was also a member of their nomination committee.

Jain is also a partner in CBPE Capital and a member of its investment committee.

Medica Group chairman, Roy Davis said: “On behalf of the board and the company, I would like to thank Anand for his valuable contribution to the corporate stewardship and growth of Medica Group while under CBPE’s private ownership and in supporting the transition of the business to becoming a public company with an exciting future ahead of it. We wish him the very best for the future.”

Jain added: “I have enjoyed working with the Medica team over the past five years and am proud to have been a part of such a high-growth company. I believe it is the right time for me to step away from my duties as a non-executive director. Medica is the clear UK market leader in an attractive and high-growth market and I wish the company every success in what should be a very bright future.”
