Teleradiology services provider Medica Group has appointed Jo Easton as a non-executive director. On joining the board she will sit on the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

Easton has worked with a number of large companies delivering strategic and operational changes and is well-versed in change management and employee relations. She currently works at De La Rue as a member of the executive leadership team and group director of human resources.

Before that, she worked at Twinings Ovo implementing a new efficiency-driven operational strategy. She has also worked as part of the management team at Aviva, Zurich Insurance and BT.

Medica chairman Roy Davis said: “We’re pleased to have Jo join the board of Medica. Her experience in scaling organisations to support growth internationally whilst retaining the core values and culture will be invaluable as we continue to invest in new services and internationalise the business.”
