Employee health and benefits provider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), part of global consultancy firm Mercer, has appointed Elliott Hurst as head of proposition and innovation.
Hurst joins from AXA-PPP where he was director of health consulting for the last six years. Prior to this, he worked for more than 12 years in health and risk consulting, with Aon and Willis Towers Watson.
In his new role, Hurst will be responsible for proposition development and harmonisation, and will take on the day-to-day management of the Positive Ageing Company, the independent advisory which Mercer acquired in 2016. Hurst will also join the MMB executive team.
