PharmaMills & Reeve: Paul Krivosic and Charlotte Lewis
Law firm Mills & Reeve has appointed Paul Krivosic as principal associate in its health and care team.
Krivosic joins from Pinsent Masons and has more than a decade’s experience, particularly in healthcare, including dentistry, veterinary and technology. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals for clients including Riverdale Healthcare and Sage.
Charlotte Lewis, who works at Mills & Reeve on commercial health and care including healthtech and sits on Tech UK’s Health and Social Care Council, has been promoted to principal associate.
Lewis has worked on several projects this year including advising Synlab on a partnership with Guy’s and St Thomas’ and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts to deliver and transform pathology services. As well as working with healthtech companies such as Wellola, Medicalchain and Doc Abode Lewis has also led Mills & Reeve’s work with Provider Collaboratives and Place Based Partnerships (part of the new ICS structure in the NHS).
