Manchester-based boutique independent broker Montane Finance has appointed Ian Heesom as a director as it seeks to expand its offering across the healthcare and hospitality sectors, with refinance or supporting growth through acquisition.
Heesom has experience of the commercial and corporate banking sector. Specialising in financing property and trading operators across the UK, he has more than 30 years’ lending experience, having worked for four banks: Unity Trust Bank, NatWest, The Co-operative Bank and Yorkshire Bank. His experience covers business development and senior lending roles.
Heesom said: “Having worked closely with the Montane team and their clients for many years as a lender, I have direct experience of their commitment to providing high levels of service and maintaining strong client relationships.
