Civitas Social Housing has appointed six non-executive directors: Edmond Ho, Jonathan Miller, Kong Ting Chow, Michelle Li, Eirene Yeung and Yue Seng Chiu.

The previous directors of Civitas (Alastair Moss, Alison Hadden, Caroline Gulliver, Michael Wrobel and Peter Baxter) have stepped down from the board.

The new recruits come after the announcement, back in May, that Civitas Social Housing has agreed a recommended cash offer of £485 million from Wellness Unity, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Hong Kong-based property developer CK Asset Holdings, as reported by HealthInvestor.
